and now for the news....

this was a big news week - first getting the wall space in in.cube8r gallery and all the excitement of getting pieces finished, frames painted, labels, cards and pricing done: not to mention the added excitement of unravelling the mystery of QR codes, which now appear on all my labels and business cards (VERY honourable mention to Kind Dog who sorted this out for me)

Kind Dog is also the creator of the second piece of news: my website!

having a proper website has been on my 'to do' list for at least 3 years but i've never had the technical competence or confidence to do it - enter Kind Dog, stage left who has been working on computers since forever. 

there are some more tweakings to do and we will be adding paypal gadgets but please do go and have a look and let me know what you think.

in less textile related news i got my formal acceptance form Melbourne University saying they will let me do my MA in Renaissance History - Thursday was a very running around with knickers on head day :)
