Now summer has declined into autumn, it is lovely weather for a Sunday afternoon walk along the Merri Creek.
There was lush green
and the obligatory dead gum trees.
We sat down for a bit
and chatted to the ducks
and more ducks.
It was all very calm and lovely.

ah. yes, calm and lovely. and ducks! here, here it's way too cold. ducks, calm, and lovely on weekends, anyway!
Meanwhile here winter seems to be taking its time in shrugging off its shroud! Spring teases us every so often and then Winter seems to come back.
Chilly still and hail over the weekend!
Lovely creek, if it were not for the gum trees it could almost be Blighty!
